1/2 lbs Chicken Breast

1/2 lbs Shrimp

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 cloves Garlic

1 medium Onion

1 medium Carrot

1/2 cup Frozen Peas
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 stalks Green Onion

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.

Step 2 : Preparation

Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.

Step 3 : Cooking

In the same wok, heat another tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.

Step 4 : Cooking

Add the minced garlic and diced onion. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Step 5 : Cooking

Add the diced chicken breast and shrimp. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and the shrimp is pink.

Step 6 : Cooking

Add the diced carrot and frozen peas. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 7 : Cooking

Add the cooked rice to the wok. Stir to combine with the other ingredients.

Step 8 : Cooking

Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sugar. Stir to coat the rice and ingredients evenly.

Step 9 : Cooking

Add the scrambled eggs back to the wok. Stir to combine.

Step 10 : Cooking

Add the chopped green onion. Stir to combine.

Step 11 : Serving

Transfer the Thai fried rice to a serving dish. Garnish with additional chopped green onion if desired.
