1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 slices American Cheese
4 Hamburger Buns
4 leaves Lettuce
1 Tomato

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Step 2 : Seasoning

Season the patties with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 3 : Cooking

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

Step 4 : Cheese Melting

Place a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

Step 5 : Assembling

Toast the hamburger buns. Place a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Cover with the top half of the bun.
