Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them well. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips. Take a pita bread and spread a spoonful of the Greek yogurt marinade on it. Top with sliced chicken, diced cucumber, diced tomato, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
Fold the sides of the pita bread over the filling and roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more wraps.
