Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Step 2 : Dredging

Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, shaking off any excess.

Step 3 : Cooking Chicken

In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and transfer to a plate.

Step 4 : Cooking Mushrooms

In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
