Ingredients

Total: 9Serves: 4
3/2 lbs Chicken Breast
Notes:

boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 cloves Garlic Cloves
Notes:

minced

1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
Notes:

low sodium

1/2 cup Flour
1 Egg
Notes:

beaten

1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2 : Coating

In a separate bowl, whisk the beaten egg. In another bowl, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dip each marinated chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat it with the flour mixture.

Step 3 : Cooking

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated chicken pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Use tongs to flip the chicken pieces for even cooking.

Step 4 : Serving

Remove the chicken bites from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot as an appetizer or with rice and vegetables as a main dish.
