Instructions
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
Stir in the crushed red pepper flakes, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and packed spinach to the pot. Stir until the spinach wilts and everything is well combined.
