3/2 lbs Ground Turkey
12 oz Lasagna Noodles


2 cups Ricotta Cheese
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese


1 cup Parmesan Cheese


2 cups Tomato Sauce
1 medium Onion


3 cloves Garlic


2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper


Step 1 : Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2 : Cooking the Meat Sauce

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in tomato sauce, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3 : Cooking the Noodles

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 4 : Assembling the Lasagna

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 5 : Layering the Lasagna

Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange a layer of cooked lasagna noodles on top. Spread a layer of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of meat sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Step 6 : Baking the Lasagna

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving.
