Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Cook the Siracha noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2 : Cooking

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3 : Cooking

Add bell pepper and carrot to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 4 : Cooking

Add cooked Siracha noodles, green onion, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
