boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup Cornstarch
1 Egg


1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar
3 cloves Garlic


1 tbsp Ginger


1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
4 Green Onion


1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil


Step 1 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the cornstarch and chicken thighs. Toss until the chicken is coated evenly.
