Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2 : Coating the Chicken

In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3 : Dredging the Chicken

Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in beaten eggs, and then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 4 : Cooking the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the breaded chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Step 5 : Assembling the Dish
