Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Wash and chop the vegetables. Peel and slice the carrots. Cut the broccoli into florets. Remove the seeds and core from the bell pepper and slice it. Slice the zucchini. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Mince the garlic. Grate the ginger.

Step 2 : Cooking

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 3 : Seasoning

Add the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 4 : Serve

Transfer the stir fry to a serving dish. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice or noodles as a main course.
