Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Cook the coconut rice according to package instructions.

Step 2 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Step 3 : Preparation

Cut the tofu into cubes and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Cooking

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 5 : Cooking

In the same skillet, add the cooked coconut rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked tofu cubes and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Step 6 : Serve

Garnish with chopped green onions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve hot.
