3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into 1/2-inch thick slices.

Step 2 : Marinating

In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and honey. Place the tofu slices in the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3 : Grilling

Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the grill pan. Remove the tofu slices from the marinade and place them on the grill pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear.

Step 4 : Garnish

Remove the grilled tofu from the pan and transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Step 5 : Serve

Serve the marinated tofu hot as a main dish or as a protein addition to salads, stir-fries, or rice bowls.
