1 pound Lobster

1 cup Corn

1 cup Flour
1 large Egg
1 cup Milk
2 stalks Green Onion

1 medium Red Bell Pepper

1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 cups Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp Saffron
2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

Step 1 : Sauce

Place garlic, saffron, sriracha, lemon juice, mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper in a food processor and purée until smooth.

Step 2 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and chopped lobster, corn, flour, egg, milk, green onion, red bell pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3 : Mixing

Stir the ingredients until well combined.

Step 4 : Frying

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Step 5 : Cooking Fritters

Drop spoonfuls of the fritter batter into the hot oil and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Step 6 : Serving

Remove the fritters from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
