Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, let simmer until thickened.
Place the cooked chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the spinach cream sauce over the chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
