Notes:

boneless pork loin, cut into thin strips

1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a bowl, mix the pork strips with salt, pepper, and cornstarch until well coated.

Step 2 : Cooking

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork strips and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
