Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.

Step 2 : Assemble Caprese Orzo

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked orzo, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Gently toss to combine.

Step 3 : Serve

Serve the Caprese Orzo salad chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
