2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dry the bok choy.

Step 2 : Cooking

Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise. Place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3 : Serve

Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the bok choy is tender and slightly charred. Serve hot.
