Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add softened butter and warm milk. Mix until a dough forms.
On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased bread pan, cover, and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
