1 package Pancit Noodles
2 pieces Carrots

1 head Cabbage

4 cloves Garlic

1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Prepare all the ingredients by slicing the pork, carrots, cabbage, bell pepper, and onion. Mince the garlic.

Step 2 : Cooking Noodles

Cook the pancit noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 3 : Stir-Fry

In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant. Add pork slices and cook until browned. Stir in carrots, cabbage, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
