4 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
4 cloves Garlic

1 tbsp Ginger

4 cups Vegetables
Notes:

Assorted vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas

1 lb Protein
Notes:

Sliced chicken, beef, or tofu


Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2 : Cooking

In a wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir fry for 1 minute.

Step 3 : Cooking

Add protein and cook until browned. Add vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4 : Assembly

Add cooked noodles and soy sauce to the wok. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
