In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, butter, eggs, stevia, psyllium husk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well to form a dough. Scoop out dough and form into cookies on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
