1/2 lbs Pork Loin
Notes:

sliced thinly

8 oz Egg Noodles
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 cloves Garlic

1 tbsp Ginger
Notes:

1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
2 pieces Green Onion
Notes:

sliced

1 pieces Bell Pepper
Notes:

sliced

1 pieces Carrot
Notes:

julienned

1 tbsp Cornstarch
Notes:

dissolved in 2 tbsp water

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2 : Cooking Pork

In a wok, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over high heat. Add sliced pork loin and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from wok and set aside.

Step 3 : Stir-Fry Vegetables

Add remaining vegetable oil to the wok. Stir in garlic, ginger, red chili flakes, green onion, bell pepper, and carrot. Cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.

Step 4 : Combine and Serve

Return the cooked pork to the wok. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well to combine. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together. Serve hot.
