1 can Black Beans

1 cup Corn

1 piece Red Bell Pepper

2 cloves Garlic

1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese

2 tbsp Green Onion

chopped, for garnish


Instructions

Step 1 : Prepare Ingredients

Cook the cavatappi pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2 : Cook Beef Mixture

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add black beans, corn, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3 : Combine Pasta and Beef

Add the cooked cavatappi pasta to the skillet with the beef mixture. Stir to combine and heat through.

Step 4 : Top with Cheese

Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the pasta and beef mixture. Transfer the skillet to the oven and broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 5 : Serve

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
