Instructions
Mix flour, olive oil, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Mix sugar and yeast in 1 Cup of very warm water and let stand for 1 minute.
Combine flour mixture with yeast mixture and knead until dough is evenly combined.
Lightly coat mixing bowl and dough ball with Crisco. Let dough rise at room temperature for ~3 hours (or overnight in the refrigerator).
Divide dough into thirds, then roll and form into pizza crust.
Preheat oven to 475°F.
Lightly grease baking sheets with Crisco and sprinkle with Corn Meal. Place pizza crusts on baking sheets and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove crusts from oven and apply pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, Italian sausage, onion, red pepper, and spinach as desired.
Return to oven and bake for 25 minutes or until toppings are cooked and crust is golden brown.
