Instructions

Step 1 : Prepare Ingredients

Preheat the grill. Slice the tomato and onion. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

Step 2 : Cook Kangaroo Patties

Season the kangaroo meat patties with salt and pepper. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
