1 cup Buckwheat Flour
3/2 cups Almond Milk
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Coconut Oil

Step 1 : Prepare the Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine buckwheat flour, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.

Step 2 : Cook the Crepes

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and swirl to spread it evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
