8 pieces Pav Bread
2 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
Salt
1 medium Lemon

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Boil and mash the potatoes, cauliflower, and green peas. Chop the onions, tomatoes, capsicum, and grate the carrot. Cut the lemon into wedges. Chop the coriander leaves.

Step 2 : Cooking the Bhaji

Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Add chopped capsicum, grated carrot, boiled and mashed vegetables, pav bhaji masala, salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3 : Preparing the Pav

Heat a pan and toast the pav bread with butter until golden brown.

Step 4 : Serving

Serve the hot pav bhaji with a dollop of butter, chopped coriander leaves, and lemon wedges. Enjoy with toasted pav bread.
