Ingredients

Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and chicken stock. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Place marinated chicken and sauce in the Instant Pot. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 8 minutes. Once done, do a quick release.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water. Stir the mixture into the Instant Pot and set to sauté mode. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
