Ingredients

2 cups Flattened Rice
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
8 leaves Curry Leaves
2 pieces Green Chilies
1 medium Onion

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Wash the flattened rice and soak it in water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.

Step 2 : Cooking

In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves, green chilies, and onions. Saute until onions turn translucent. Add turmeric powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.

Step 3 : Final Touch

Add the soaked flattened rice to the pan. Mix gently to combine all the ingredients. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat, add lemon juice, and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
