Ramen or udon noodles

Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Prepare all vegetables and tofu as indicated in the ingredients list.
In a small bowl, mix together Gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Set aside.
In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown. Add sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and chopped green onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add cooked noodles and sauce to the pan with vegetables and tofu. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Divide the Gochujang noodles into serving bowls. Garnish with additional chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
