Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Saute until they crackle.
Add onions, green chili, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions are translucent.
Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add cooked chickpeas to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
