Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic cloves, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken thighs for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
