500 g Mustard Greens
250 g Spinach
100 g Fenugreek Leaves
2 Green Chilies
1 tbsp Ginger

4 cloves Garlic

1 medium Onion

1 medium Tomato

Salt
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Cream

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Wash and chop the mustard greens, spinach, and fenugreek leaves.

Step 2 : Cooking

In a cooking pot, add the chopped greens, green chilies, ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes or until the greens are tender.

Step 3 : Blending

Transfer the cooked greens mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 4 : Tempering

In a frying pan, melt butter and add garam masala. Cook for 1 minute. Add the blended greens mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 5 : Serving

Serve hot with a dollop of cream on top.
