These Killer Black Bean Burritos are a spicy and easy Mexican comfort food made with black beans, onions, garlic, bell peppers, jalapenos, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and cheese, served in tortillas and topped with sour cream, avocado, and cilantro.

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced onion, minced garlic, diced bell pepper, and minced jalapeno. Cook until vegetables are softened.
Add black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan or in the oven. Spoon the black bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
Roll up the tortillas and serve hot.
