1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
4 cloves Garlic

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Step 2 : Marinating the Chicken

Add the chicken fillets to the bowl with the marinade. Toss to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3 : Cooking the Chicken

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Step 4 : Serve

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve the skillet chicken bulgogi with steamed rice or noodles.
