Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
Add onion, garlic, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened.
Stir in tomato sauce, pitted green olives, raisins, capers, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, bay leaf, and white wine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove bay leaf before serving. Serve hot with rice or tortillas.
