8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
1 bunch Basil Leaves
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Black Pepper


Step 1 : Preparation

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into 1/4-inch thick slices.

Step 2 : Assembly

Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving platter, alternating between them. Tuck basil leaves in between the slices.

Step 3 : Dressing

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
