2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Salt

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, ghee, and salt. Mix well.

Step 2 : Rolling and Cooking

Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle. Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and cook each parantha on both sides until golden brown. Brush with ghee if desired.

Step 3 : Serving

Serve hot with your choice of accompaniments such as yogurt, pickle, or curry.
