3/2 lbs Salmon
Notes:

skinless, boneless, and flaked

1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
Notes:

beaten

2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 pieces Green Onion
Notes:

finely chopped

1 tbsp Fresh Dill
Notes:

chopped

1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt
Black Pepper
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onion, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Step 2 : Forming Patties

Shape the mixture into 6 patties.

Step 3 : Cooking Patties

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 4 : Serving

Serve the salmon patties hot with your favorite sauce or side dishes.
