Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chili, grated ginger, minced garlic, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Step 2 : Stuffing the Croissants

Take each croissant and make a slit in the middle, without cutting it into two halves. Stuff the croissants with the prepared potato mixture.

Step 3 : Cooking the Croissant Bhaji

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the stuffed croissants in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Step 4 : Serve

Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
