12 ounce box Jumbo Shells
2 pounds Hot Italian Sausage
1 tablespoon Onion Powder
2 cups Italian Cheese Mix
4 Eggs
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Notes:

1/2 cup Regular Bread Crumbs
1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
2 teaspoons Dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
3 cups Prego Traditional Spaghetti Sauce

Instructions

Step 1 : Preheat Oven

Heat oven to 375

Step 2 : Cook Shells

Cook the shells 3 minutes less than directed on the box

Step 3 : Brown Meat

Brown the meat and add the onion powder

Step 4 : Mix Ingredients

Mix the meat, Italian cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt in a bowl

Step 5 : Prepare Casserole Dish

In a 13x9 casserole dish, spread 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce on the bottom

Step 6 : Fill Shells

Fill each shell with the mixture from step 4

Step 7 : Add Sauce

Cover the filled shells with the remaining 2.5 cups of spaghetti sauce

Step 8 : Top with Cheese

Top with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Step 9 : Cover and Bake

Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes

Step 10 : Broil

Remove the foil and broil on high for 3-5 minutes to brown the cheese on top

Step 11 : Serve
