2 tablespoons Tahini
2 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cumin

Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

Step 2 : Mixing

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cumin. Process until smooth.

Step 3 : Serving

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin, if desired. Serve with pita bread or vegetables.
