Instructions

Step 1 : Preparation

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Step 2 : Cooking Beef

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3 : Cooking Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the carrots and zucchini. Cook until slightly tender. Add the spinach, bean sprouts, and mushrooms. Cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

Step 4 : Mixing Sauce

In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.

Step 5 : Assembling Bibimbap

Divide the cooked rice among 4 bowls. Top with cooked beef and vegetables. Drizzle with the sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with fried eggs on top.
