3/2 lbs Beef Tips
Black Pepper
1/4 cup Flour
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 medium Onion


2 cloves Garlic


1 cup Beef Broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Cornstarch

dissolved in 2 tbsp water

2 tbsp Water


Step 1 : Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the beef tips in the flour mixture.

Step 2 : Cooking

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef tips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef tips from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3 : Cooking

In the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Step 4 : Cooking

Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Bring to a simmer. Return the beef tips to the skillet and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to desired doneness.
