Ingredients

6 ounces apple chicken sausage
Notes:

cut into bite sized pieces

4 ounces cooked ham cubes
1/4 bunch fresh cilantro

coarsely chopped

4 ounces Swiss Cheese

cup into cubes

1 Box (6.9 ounces) chicken-flavor rice mix
1/4 c. dill pickle relish
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. mustard

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Preheat large saute pan on medium-high. Place oil in pan, then add sausage and ham, cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in rice seasoning from mix and 1/2 c. water. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes. Stir in rice, relish, mustard 1 T. cilantro and 2 c. water. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 20-22 minutes, keeping lid on, until rice is tender and water is absorbed. Stir in cheese, then sprinkle with remaining 1 T. cilantro.
