1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup sherry
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic


8 pork chops

preferably 1" thick, boneless rib chops

2 tsp cornstarch


Step 1 : Marinating the Pork Chops

Combine honey, sherry, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and minced garlic. Pour over pork chops in a shallow pan. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, turning every hour.

Step 2 : Grilling the Pork Chops

Drain and reserve the marinade. Grill the pork chops until well done, approximately 10-12 minutes per side.

Step 3 : Preparing the Sauce

Combine the reserved marinade with cornstarch. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
