1 small onion

3 cloves garlic

1 pound package ground turkey
8 ounces tomato sauce

2 T. worchestershire sauce
1 T. tomato paste
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 package hamburger buns

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Add 2 T. cooking oil to pan.

Step 2 : 

Add onion, pepper, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes and stir.

Step 3 : 

Add ground turkey. Cook for 5 minutes and stir.

Step 4 : 

Add tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until sauce thickens.

Step 5 : 

Serve in hamburger buns.
