6 cups Water
1/8 teaspoon Saffron Threads
3/2 cups Orzo

Olive Oil-Flavored Cooking Spray
1 cup Lite Kielbasa Sausage

1 can (14.5-ounce) Mexican-Flavored Stewed Tomatoes
1 pound Large Shrimp

1 cup Frozen Green Peas

1/4 cup Green Onions

Instructions

Step 1 : 

Combine water and saffron threads in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Add orzo, and cook according to package directions, omitting salt and fat, drain.

Step 2 : 

Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add sausage; sauté 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, and bring to a simmer. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add peas and green onions; simmer 2 minutes. Add cooked orzo, and toss gently.
