1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon low-sodium teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
4 4-ounce tuna steaks

(¾ inch thick)

olive oil-flavored cooking spray
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


Step 1 : 

Prepare grill.

Step 2 : 

Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside. Coat fish with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.

Step 3 : 

Serve with mayonnaise mixture.
